Oounty, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, melnory
and understanding, do make, publish and deolare this to be my
last Will and Testament. hereby revoking and making void any and
all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1. I give and bequeath my ~ewelry, olothing, dishes,
silverware, fux'ni ture and house furnishings to my nieoes, Anne
L. O!Neil, Roxana L. Oomo and Sarah A. Choquette. If they are
unable tO,agree upon a division of said items in kind, then I
direot my Exeoutor to sell the same and the net prooeedsthereof
'shall beoome a part of mil' residuary estate.
ITEM II. I give the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.)
to GRACE CHURCH UNITED METHODIST, 2Rth and Walnut Streets,
Penbrook, Pennsylvania.
ITEM III. I direot my Exeoutor to sell and oonvert into
oash all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real and
