right to take distribution in kind of so much of my tangible
personal property as they shall desire, to be divided among them
as they shall agree. The value of such property for purposes of
equalizing distributions Ilmong my residuary beneficiaries shall be
as established by an auctioneer selected by my personal
representative.
ITEM V: I appoint my husband, Charles P. Forney, Executor of
this my last Will and Testament. Should my said husband fail to
qualify to cease to act as Executor, I appoint my daughter, Joyce
Skarlatos, Executor of this my last Will and Testament. Should my

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
MABEL B. FORNEY
I, Mabel B. Forney, of the Borough of carlisle, Cumberland
~ounty, Pennsylvania, dflclare this to be my last Will and
Testament and revoke all Wills and CodIcils pI'eviously made by me.
ITEM I: I direct that my just debts, funeral expenses and
the expenses of the administration of my estate, including any
state, federal or other death taxes payable because of my death,

shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable
after my decease, as a part of the expense of the administration
of my estate.
ITEM II: I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every
nature and wherever' situate unto my husband, Charles P. Forney,
provided he shall survive me by thi l'ty (30) days.
ITEM III:
Should my said husband, Charles P. Forney,
predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth day following my
death, I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and
wherever situate, as follow~:
A. One-thi rd thereof unto my daughter', Joyce Skarlatos,
provided she shall survive me by thirty (30) days. Should my said
daughter predecease me or fail to survive me by thirty (30) days,
her share shall lapse and be added the shares for my other
residuary beneficiaries.
B. one-third thereof unto my grandson. Bryan Skarlatos,
provided he shall survive me by thirty (30) days. Should my said
