LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ISABELLA ~AKE MAYAN
I, ISABELLA YAKE MAYAN, of "ershey, Derry Tqwnship,
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding, do hereby ruake, publish and deolare
this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
void any and all prior wills, oodioils, or writings thereto, made
by me at any time prior to the making of this Will.
ITEM I: I direot that the payment of my debts and the
expenses of my last illness and funeral shall be paid from
my estate as an administrative expense as soon after my
death as oonveniently may be done.
I give devise and bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) to Rev. Daniel Mahoney of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
and request that he offer Masses for the repose of my soul as he,
in his sole disoretion shall determine.
I direot that I be buried in the Yake family oemetery plot
in the Catholio Cemetery in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
ITEM III I give. devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder and my estate oonsisting of all realty,
personalty and mixed, wheresoever situate to my two sisters,
CATHERINE YAKE BUTLER of Hershey, Pennsylvania and SARAH YAKE
HORNEY of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, IN EQUAL SHARES, PER STIRPES.
ITEM III: No interest of any benefioiary under this
Will or any oodioil shall be subjeot to antioipation or
voluntary or involuntary alienation.
ITEM IV: All taxe~, interest and penalties thereon
payable by reason of my death with respeot to property
oomprising my gross taxable estate, whether or not passing
under this Will, shall be paid from the prinoipal of my
residuary estate.

ITEM V: In addition to powers given to him by law,
my Exeoutor and his suooessors shall have the following
powers, applioable to all property held by him, effeotive
without Court Order and until aotual distribution:
a) To retain any property reoeived by him, in the form
in whioh it is reoeived, until aotual distribution;
b) To sell roal estate for any purpose, publioly or
privately, for suoh prioes and on suoh terms as he
deems proper, without liability on the purohasers to
see to applioation of the purohase monies;
0) To oompromise oontroversies;
d) T6 distribute in oash or kind or both at suoh
valuations as he may fix.
ITEM VI: I nominate, oonstitute and appoint my nephew,
CHARLES C. BUTLER of Hershey, Pennsylvania, Exeoutor of
this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that my
nephew, CHARLES C. BUTLER predeoeases me, or for any reason fails
to qualify as such Exeoutor, or having qualified failed to serve
as suoh Exeoutor, I nominate, oonstitute and appoint my nephew,
WILLIAM BUTLER as my Alternate Exeoutor. No fiduoiary aoting
hereunder shall be required to post bond or enter seourity in
any jurisdiotion.

my Last Will and Testament, oonsisting of this and one (1)
other page at the end of whioh I have also set my hand and
affixed my seal for greater aeourity and better identifi-
