I, LEONARD J. BECK, of South r~iddleton 'l'ownsh~_p, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this instr'ument to be my last will and
testament, hereby expressly revoking all wills and codicils hereto-
fore made by me.
1. I authorize and empower my executrix to Bell any realty owne
by me at my death, at either public or private oale, and to give good
and sufficient deeds therefor, in fee simple, as I could do if living.
My executrix is authol'ized and empowered to continue to engage in any
business in which I may be engaged at my death, for a period of one
Y08r after my death.
2. I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and
wherever situate to my wife, Donna L. Beck, providing she shall
survive me by sixty days.
3. Should the gift in Paragraph No. 2 not take effect, I devise
nd bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to
my children, share and share alike, the child or children of any
eoeased child taking the share their parent would have taken if
iving.
q, Should any child be under the age of twenty-one years at my
eath, then all of my property given in Paragraph No.3 shall be held
n trust by Farmers Trust Company, of the Borough of Carlisle,
ennsylvania. The trustee, as well as my executrix, is hereby
uthorized to retain unconverted, any property, real or personal, that
may own at my death, and shall be under no duty to convert the same
nto legal investments. The trustee shall have the power and
uthority to hold, manage, invest and reinvest and to pay over the net
noome of the trunt property to or for the une and benefit of such of
children as may be under the a8e of twenty-one years, or to
ccumulate the Burne in the sole diocretion of the trustee. 'rhe
rustee shull be under no duty to distribute or use the income equall
or each of my children under' twenty-one years, but may distribute or
se it unequally in its discretion. The trustee is also authorized
nd empowered to pay over' to, or for the use and benefit of, any of
y children whether under or over twenty-one years, suoh portion of

or all of the principal of the trust estate as in its sole diucretion
seems proper, for the maintenance, education or setting up of a child
in business or in a profession or for similar purposes. The trustee
shall be under no duty to distribute or use the principal equally for
each of my children, but may distribute or use principal unequally in
its discretion. My primary object in the support, naintenance and
education of such children as nay be under twenty-one yearn of age.
When the youngest of' my children reaches the age of twenty-one years,
then whatever remains of income or principal of the trust estate sbal
be distributed equally to my children, share and share alike, the
child or childI'en of any deceased child taking the share their parent
would have taken if living, and subject to the same trust provisions
if he, she Or they are under twenty-one years of age.
5. I nominate and appoint Donna L. Beck to be the executrix of
his my last will and testament; she is to serve as such without bond.
Should she die before my death, renounce or refuse to serve for any
eason, or die leaving any of my estate unadministered, my eldest
hild being under the age of eighteen years, I nominate and appoint
ack S, Beck, or if he is not living at the time of my death,
awrence R, Beck as substitute executor with the same powers as are
iven h~rein to my executrix, and also without the filing of any bond,
f, however, at my death, any child of mine is eighteen years or
lder, such child or children shall be the substitute exeoutor or
xecutors of this my last will and testament, also to serve as such
ithout bond, with the same powers as are given herein to my

6, Should the gift in Paragraph No. 3 take effeot, I hereby
irect that Jack S, Beck and Ann Beck shall be the guardians of the
erson of any of my ohildren who shall be under the age of eighteen
ears at my death,' If for any reason, they decline to serve as
uardlans, then I direct that Lawrence R, Beck and Shirley Beok shall
e the guardians of said minor ohildren.
7. I hereby direct my personal representative to retain the

VEHICLE CONDITION: The above-mentioned vehicle shows wear
throughout the interior and the body of the car is in need of some
minor repair but has no extreme noticeable surface rust. The car
has been repainted but bears the original color from the factory,
The interior remains the same with red leather seats as from the
faotory. The engine compartment bears an 8 cylinder 390 c, i.
engine with a C6 automatic transmission, The original carpet
remains in the vehicle and has not been replaced. The vehicle is
equipped with an AM radio, A new black convertible top has been
installed approximately two years ago which is operated
hydraUlically by an electronic push button mechanism in the
vehicle. The vehicle is in neod of overall minor refurbishments
to obtain an optimum appearance,

upon the overall condition of the vehicle with the knowledge that

very clean without any noticeable rust, The car has been painted
with Roman Red from the factory. The interior remains the same
with black leather bucket seats as from the factor.y, The engine
compartment is very clean bearing an 8 cylinder engine, 327 c,i.
engine and four speed standard transmission. The vehicle is also
equipped with a tachometer, full gauge package, clock and many
original engine components, The factory wheels remain on the
vehicle. The vehicle has a red removable hardtop convertible, The
restoration of this vehicle shows a great deal of workmanship and
detail. The maintenance of the vehicle is impeccable.
