WHEREAS, Gregory J. Platzer and Kristin S. Shilling, his wife, ("Owner") of land
described on the attached, situate in the County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with Ralph Iacono,
doing business as Iacono Company, General Contractor ("Contractor"), of Boiling Springs,
Pennsylvania, for general construction services in connection with the construction of a single
family dwelling and related appurtenances on premises more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, this ,,~ day of September, 2001 at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by Owner to
commence work on the said land, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the
making of the said contract with Contractor, and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar
by the Owner paid to Contractor, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the land by
Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen, or any other
person, for any labor or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased, for the
above work, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto caused the execution of this
Stipulation Against Liens and their respective seals to be affixed hereto the date and year above
written.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL that certain lot of unimproved land situated in the Township of
Silver Spring, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern dedicated right-of-way line of
Keystone Drive at the dividing line between Lots No. 20 and 31 as shown
on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence along said dividing
line between Lots Nos. 20 and 31 the following two courses and distances:
(a) North 29 degrees West a distance of 267.83 feet to a point, and (b)
North 4 degrees 20 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of 303.94 feet to
lands now or formerly of Robert J. DeMartyn; thence along said latter
lands, South 85 degrees 39 minutes 15 seconds East a distance of 267.18
feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 20 and 19 as shown
on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence along said dividing
line between Lots Nos. 20 and 19, South 8 degrees East, a distance of
417.55 feet to a point on the northern dedicated right-of-way line of
Keystone Drive; thence along said northern dedicated right-of-way line of
Keystone Drive, the following two courses and distances: (a) in a
westwardly direction on a curve to the left having a radius of 250 feet,
an arc distance of 82.47 feet to a monument; and (b) South 61 degrees
West, a distance of 160 feet to a point on the same at the dividing line
between Lots Nos. 20 and 31 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan of
lots, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 20 as shown on a certain plan of lots entitled "Final
Subdivision of Enchanted Hills" as recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 76,
Page 37.
BEING Parcel No. 38-05-0435-111.
BEING PART OF the same premises which John P. Hall by Deed dated October
19, 1990 and recorded in Cumberland County, in Deed Book V-34, page 344,
conveyed unto Greater Keystone Properties Inc a Pennsylvania Business
corporation. ' ''
