LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, ETHEL I, WARNER, of South Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and
memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills
or Codicils by me made.
1.
I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses,
testamentary expenses and all inheritance taxes shall be paid
from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my
decease and as part of the administration of my estate,
2.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both
real and personal property, I give, devise and bequeath unto
my husband, OTTOMER E, WARNER, absolutely, and I appoint my
said husband as Executor of my estate.
3.
In the event my said husband shall predecease or fail to
survive mE, then I give, devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal
property, unto my son, LARRY L, WARNER, absolutely, and I
hereby appoint my said son as Executor of my estate.
