and testament, hereby expressly revok1ng any and all w1lls
heretofore made by me.
1. I direct my executr1ces to pay all of my debts, funeral
and adm1n1strative expenses as soon as may be done conveniently
after my decease.
2. I authorize and empower my executrices to sell any
realty owned by me at my death, at either public or private sale,
and to give good and sufficient deeds therefore, in fee simple,
as I could do if living,
3. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate as follows:
(a) My diamond dinner ring to Donna J. Norton, and
(b) All the rest, residue and remainder to my two
