death, then I appoint the said LEWISTOWN TRUST COMPANY. I give to the Executor

may be applioable and further give to him or it power to file any qualifisd
disClaimer I could have filed if liVing and the power to file a joint income
tax return with my surViVing Spouse for any period dUring which such a return

the marital deduction, selecting alternate valuation dates, pOlltponing the
payment of taxes, filing joint income tax or gift tax returns and redeeming
corporate stock. The deoieione made by my fiduciariee in any of these mattern
shall be binding upon, and not subject to queetion by, any affected persons I
PROVIDED, however, that if a corporate fiduciary is serving, its deoision
shall also be binding upon any individual and co-fiduciary. I rely upon
my fiduciariee to take lnto consideration the t.otal income and estate taxes
payable by reason of their decisions, including t.hose payable by my survivors,
and they are authorized in their diecretion, but not required, to make adjuet-
ments between income and principal ae a result thereof. No bond shall be
required of any fiduciary hereunder in any juriediotion, and no fiduciary
hereunder ehall have any iiabiii t.y for any mistake or error of judgment made
in good faith.
SIXTH - The uee of one gender shall not exclude other genders but rerer-
