shall own at my death and all property over which I shall then
have any power of appointment, I give, devise and bequeath in
equal shares to my daughter, JANNETTE and my step-daughter,
LINDA.

fiduciaries by law, I authorize and empower my Co-Executrices
to hold and retain as investments of my estate all investments,
securities, and other property, real and personal, to sell and
dispose of, for the purpose of paying my debts, making
di stribution or for any other purpose whatever, any or all of
such property, either at public or private sale, for such
prices and on such terms as my Co-Executrices shall deem
proper, and to reinvest the proceeds thereof as my
Co-Executrices shall see fit; to make distributions in kind, to
make, execute and deliver all assignments, transfers and other
legal instruments either necessary or convenient for passing
the title and ownership thereto, freed and discharged of all
trusts, without any liabili t.y on the purchaser to see to the
application of the purchase moneYi it being my intention to
confer upon my Co-Executrices the power and authority to do all
things in connection with the administration of my estate which
I could do with my propsrty were I alive.
