I, DOROTIIY M, BISTLINE, of tho Rorough of Newville, Cumber-
land County, Pennsylvania, declare this to b~ my lust will and testa-
ment and revoke all wills which I have previously made.
I - I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate unto my
husband, Bruce I. Ristline, absolutely and in fee simple if he shall
survive me.
II - If my hushand shall not survive me, I give and bequea
my husband's gun cabinot and all of my husband's guns contained theroi
to my grandson, Randy I. Bistline, and I d i l'oct my daughter, De lores A.
Bistline, to hold said items for my grandson, Randy, until he shall
attain full legal age.
III . All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
I give, devise and bequeath in equal shares to my two children, Delores
A. Bistline and Jacob B. Bistline, abselutely and in fee simple, and
if either shall be decoased, leRving issue to survive, then to his or
her surviving issue by representation.
IV - I appoint Farmers Trust Company of Carlisle, Pennsyl-
vania, as testamentary guardian of the estate of any beneficiary under
this will not of full legal age at the time of my decense, to receive
a share of said minor, and te apply the inceme and principal fer the
miner's suppert, maintenance, welfare and educatienal needs as the
guardian may deem proper, and te pay over to the minor upon attaining
full legal age the residue of said minor's share.
V . I appoint as executor of this my last will and testame t,
my husband, Bruce I. Bistline, and if for any roason he shall fail to
qualify or cease to act as such during the administration of my estate,
I appoint my daughter, Dolores A. Bistline, as substituted executrix
with the same powers and dutios as if originally appointed.

WHEREAS, DOROTHY M, BISTLINE, late of Newville Borough,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, died on February 6, 19941 and
WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of DORO'fHY M. BISTLINE
dated February 22, 1973 was probated on March 8, 1994;
and
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary
BISTLINE, on March 8, 1994; and
were granted to DELORES
A.
WHEREAS, at least 4 months has elapsed since the first
advertisement regarding grant of letters testamentary; and
WHEREAS, the said Executrix has gathered the assets of the estate
of the decedent consisting of both real property and personal
property, for a total value of $ 71,411.98 as more fully set
forth herein, which is a statement of account of the said
Executrix;
WHEREAS, the debts and deductions, including the
inheritance tax in the said estate, is $ 15,626.67,
balance for distribution of $ 55,785.31, more fully
herein;
payment of
leaving a
set forth
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH that we, the said DELORES A. BISTLINE
and JACOB B, BISTLINE, in consideration of the above and
intending to be le~ally bound hereby, do hereby acknowledge that
they have this day ~eceived from the said Executrix, in full
satisfaction and payment of all sum or sums of money, legacies,
bequests and devises as are stated under said last will and
testament, the assets listed in the schedule of distribution, and
do hereby bind themselves to the Accounting and Schedule of
