and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills and Ccxlici Is heretofore made
by me.
FIRST: I direct the payment of all my just debts and the expenses
of my last illness and funoral Fran my estate, as soon after my death as
conveniently may be dme.
SECOND: I devise and bequeath all the rest, resldue and remainder
of my estate of whatever nature lmd wherever situate unto my wife, ANNA M.
BCAlTKER, provided she survives me by sixty (60) days.
TIIIRQ: Should my wife, ANNA M. BOWKER, predecease me or die on or
before the sixtieth (60th) day following my death, I devise and bequeath all
the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever
situate unto my children, CAROL A, BOGAR, COLLEEN B. BUSHEY, DIANE E. LUCOmSE,
WILLIAM J. BOWKER, JOSEPH K. BOWKER and TIlCMAS P. BOWKER, in equal shares.
FOUIITH: My Executrix and personal representative shall have the
follewing pCMers in additim to those vested in them by law and by other
provisioos of this Will, applicable to all prqJerty, exercisable without coort
approval md effective tU1til actual distribution of all prcperty:
(A) To retain any or all of the assets of my estate and to make
distributims ln kind of my persCllal prcperty to my children at thelr appraisal
valuatim.
(B) To sell at private or public sale any real or personal property
for such prices as they deem proper.
(C) To canpranise any claim or cmtrClllersy.
(D) To invost in all fOnTIS of prqJerty, including stocks, canmon
trust funds wld mortgage investment ftutds, withrut restriction to investments
authorizeri for Pennsy Ivaniu fiduciaries, ll~ they deem prcpor, wi thrut regard
to lUly principle of diversification, risk or productivity.

policies or in other investments.
