LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

ANNA M. LIDDIC
I, ANNA M. LIDDIC, of the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any
will previously made by me.
ITEM II I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, real and
personal, and wherever situate, to my daughter, LYNN LEAR.
ITEM III Should my daughter, LYNN LEAR, fail to ourvive me, I
give, devise and bequeuth all of my estate, real and personal, and
wherever situate, to my grandson, KENNETH LEAR, JR.
ITEM 1111 I appoint my daughter, LYNN LEAR, Executrix of this my
last will. Should my daughter, LYNN LEAR, fail to qualify or cease to
act as Executrix, I appoint my grandson, KENNETH LEAR, JR., Executor of
this my last will.
ITEM IV: I direct that my Executrix and her successors shall not
be required to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties
in any jurisdiction.
