testament, hereby revoking all wills and codicils previously made by me.
1. I direct my personal representative to pay all of' my debts,
funeral and administ.rative expenses as soon as convenient aftel' my
decease.
2. I authorize and OT~PCI\'lOr my peI'oonal ropr'Jsentatlvn to '3011 any
realty owned by me at my death, at either pUblic or private sale and to
give good and sufficient deeds therefor, ill fee simple, as I could do
if living.
3. I devise and beqUeath all of my estate of every nature and
wherever situate to my daughter, Dorothy M. Bouder, with the under-
standing that my daughter will care for my son, Donald E. Rudy, during
his lifetime.
II. I appoint Dorothy M. Bouder as executrix of this my last will
and testament; she is to serve as such without bond.
5. I hereby suggest that my personal representative retain the
services of Irwin, Irwin & Ir'\dn as attorneys in the settlement of my
estate.
