MI~LER, fail to survive me, I devise and bequeath all of the reBidue
my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, in equal shares to my
ohildren, FARLENE KOCH EM and ALLEN R. MILLER, or to their issue, per
stirpes, living at the time of my death.
ITEM III I I appoint my child who is the parent of a minor guard-
ian of any property which passes, either under this will or otherwise,
to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a
guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that
this appointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any
fiduciary in its discretion to distribute a share where possible to
the minor or to another for the minor's benefit. Such guardian shall
have the power to use pri.ncipal as well as income from time to time
for the minor's support and education (including college education,
both graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her parent's
ability to provide for such support and education, or to make payment
for these purposes, without further responsibility, to the minor or to
the minor's parent or to any person taking care of the minor.

MILLER, fail to survive me, I devise and bequeath all of the residue
my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, in equal shares to my
children, FARLENE KOCHEM and ALLEN R. MILLER, or to their issue, per
stirpes, living at the time of my death.
ITEM 1111 I appoint my child who is the parent of a minor guard-
ian of any property which passes, either under this will or otherwise,
to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a
guardian and have not othen~ise specifically done so, provided that
this appointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any
fiduciary in its discretion to distribute a share where possible to
the Dlinor or to an~ther for the minor's benefit. Such guardian shall
have the power to use principal as well as income from time to time
for the minor's support and education (inclurting college education,
both graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her parent's
ability to provide for such support and education, or to make payment
for these purposes, without further responsibility, to the minor or to
the minor's parent or to any person taking care nf the minor.
ITEM IVI I appoint my son, ALLEN R. MILLER, Executor of this my
last will. Should my son, ALLEN R. MILLER, fail to qualify or cease
to act as Executor, I appoint my daughters, FARLENE KOCHEM and
GERALDINE MILLER, Co-Executrices of this my last will.

Court, and said First and Final Account and Statement of Proposed
Distribution have been confirmed and approved by the above Court in

Proposed Distribution proposed to distribute certain Real Estate in
kind to GERALDINE MILLER, in accordance with the provisions of the
Last will and Testament of CATHERINE MILLER, Deceased, and the Court
aforesaid having decreed distribution in accordance with said State-
ment of Proposed Distribution.
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all right, title and
interest of the said CATHERINE MILLER, Deceased, in and to
ALL ~HA~ CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Borough of
New Cumberland, County of Cumbel'1and, and Conunollwea1th of Pennsyl-
vania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to witl
BEGINNING at a point on Third Street, one hundred (100) feet East of
the Northeast corner of Third and Reno Streets; thence eastwardly
along Third Street, twenty-five (25) feet, more or less, to a pointl
thenoe northwardly through the partition wall between the premises
herein described and the premises known as 325 Third Street, a dis-

wardlr along River Avenue twenty-five (25) feet, more or less, to the
divid ng line between Lots Nos. 7 and B on the General Plan of the
Borough of New Cumberland I thence southwardly along Baid dividing line
a distance of one hundred forty (140) feet to a point on Third Street,
the point or place of BEGINNING.
BBING Lot No. U, Block K, George W. Buttorff's Addition to New Cumber-
land as recorded in the Cumberland County Reoorder's Office in Deed
Book "N", Volume 5, Page 500.
BAVING THEREON BRECTED the western half of a double 2 1/2 story frame
dwelling house known as No. 327 Third street, New Cumberland,
Pennsylvania.
BEING a the same premises which Mildred Jean Morrissey and Joseph E.
Morrissey, husband and wife, by their deed dated August 20, 1975, and
recorded in Cumberland County Deed Book F-26, Page 525, granted and
conveyed unto Rush F. Miller and Catherine Miller, husband and wife,
the said Rush F. Miller predeceased Catherine Miller whereupon title
became vested in Catherine Miller by operation of law.
is hereby awarded unto Geraldine Miller in fee simple.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a certified copy of the
Deoree be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, among the deeds recorded in said
Office, said Decree to be indexed in the Grantor Index against the
Estate of CATHERINE MILLER, Deceased, and in the Grantee Index to
GERALDINE MILLER, pursuant to the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries
Code, Act of 1972, P.L. 164, Section 3536 (20 PA. C.S.A. 3536).

will previously made by me.
ITEM II I bequeath the following sums of money to the following

A. Sixteen Thousand and NO/IOO ($16,000.00) Dollars to my
daughter, FARLENE KOCHEM;
B. Sixteen Thousand and NO/IOO ($16,000.00) Dollars to my
son, ALLEN R. MILLER;
C. Three Thousand and NO/100 ($3,000.00) Dollars to my
grandson, MICHAEL KOCHEM;
D. Three Thousand and NO/IOO ($3,000.00) Dollars to my
grandson, TIMOTHY KOCHEM; AND
E. Three Thousand and NO/100 ($3,000.00) Dollars to my
granddaughter, LAURA CATHERINE MILLER.
ITEM II: I devise and bequeath all of the rssidue of my estate,
of every nature and wherever situate, to my daughter, GERALDINE
MILLER, profided she survives me. Should my daughter, GERALDINE

my estate, of eveIY nature and wherever situate, in equal shares to my
children, FARLENE KOCHEM and ALLEN R. MltLER, or to their issue, per
stirpes, living at the time of my death.
ITEM 1111 I appoint my child who is the parent of a minor guard-
I ian of any property which passes, either under this will or otherwise,
I to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a

I this appointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any
fiduciary in its discretion to distribute a share where possible to
the minor or to another for the minor's benefit. Such guardian shall
have the power to use principal as well as income from time to time
for the minor's support and education (including college education,
both graduate and undergraduate) without regard to his or her parent's
ability to provide for such support and education, or to make payment
for these purposes, without further responsibility, to the minor or to
the minor's parent or to any person taking care of the minor.
