LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, AMERICO P. MELODINI, of the Borough of New Currberland, County of Cumberland,
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding,
do make and publish this. my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking ond
making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, expenses of my
last 1l1ness and all the expenses of the settlement of my estate. including
a~y taxes which may be assessed by the Federal or State Government, be paid
out of my estate by my Executors as soon as conveniently may be done after
my decease.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath the residue of my estate. real, personal,
and mixed, of whatsoever nature and kind, wheresoever the same may be situate,
to be divided equally between my five children; namely, Patricia Melodini,
James Melodini, Janet Melodini Tagg, Nancy Melodini Catalano and Anne Melodini
Henderson.
