METZGER, of North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory. do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament. hereby revoking any and all fonner Wills or Codicils by me made, I. I direct that ail my Just debts, funeral expenses. testamentary expenses and ail inheritance taxes (whether such taxes may be payable by my estate or by any recipient of any property) shall , be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease and as part of the administration of my estate. My Executor shall have no duty or obligation to obtain reimbursement for any such tax so paid, even though on proceeds of insurance or other property not passing under this Will, 2, I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, both real and personal property, In equal shares, unto my grandsons, CHRISTOPHER W, BECKMAN and JEFFREY E, BECKMAN, absolutely, 3, In the event that either of my said grandsons shall fail to survive me, but shall leave issue surviving, then such deceased grandson' s share shall be held by the Trustee, and the net Income therefrom shall be used for the support, maintenance and education of the Issue of such deceased grandson, The Trustee shall use as much of the principal as she shall deem desirable for said purposes, I direct that the Income arising from such trust shall be payable directly to the Issue of such deceased grandson per stirpes as each aUalns the age of twenty-one (21) years, The Tmstee shall distribute absolutely the principal of such share of such deceased gl'llndson to the Issue of such deceased grandson per stirpes as each shall attain the age of twenty-five (25) years. Victoria C, Metzger ("Decedent") died on March 3, 1994, testate, leaving her Last Will and Testament dated January 5, 1994 which was duly probated before the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on March 14, 1994. 2. The Register of Wills grnnted Letters Testamentary to Petitioners on March 14, 1994. 3, At the time of death Decedent held fee simple title to real estate situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as 126 Darr Avenue, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, improved with a one-story dwelling and described in accordance with Exhibit "A" attached hereto. 4. On February 4, 1994, the real estate was appraised at a value of $75,000,00 by Larry W. Slusser, Certified Real Estate Appraiser, a copy of which appraisal is attached hereto as Exhibit "B". 5. Petitioner Jeffrey E. Beckman and Wendy S. Beckman, his wife, desire to purchase the real estate for the sum of $75,000,00. 6, In addition to Petitioner Jeffrey R. Beckman, the other party in interest is Christopher W. Beckman, grnndson of Decedent, 7430-B Grant Village Drive, SI. Louis, Missouri, 63123, 7. BECKMAN, absolutely. 3, In the event that either of my said grdndsons shall fail 10 survive me, bUl shall leave issue surviving, then such deceased grandson's share shall be held by the Trustee and the net income therefrom shall be used for the support, maintenance and education of the issue of such deceased grandson. TIle Trustee shall use as much of the principal as she shall deem desirable for said purposes. I direct that the income arising from such trust shall be payable directly to the issue of such deceased grandson per stirpes as each allains the age of twenty-one (~I) years.
