5. In addition to Petitioner, deoedent is survived by his
three (3) adult children I

Denise G. Jones
Debra A. Shettel
6. Pursuant to 20 Pa C.S.A. S2102 (3), decedent's above
surviving children are enHtled to a one-sixth (1/6) share each of
the remaining balance of the estate only after the surviving spouse
(Petitioner) has received the first $30,000.00.
7. Petitioner, decedent;s surviving spouse, in addition to
a statutory right to the first $30,000 and one-half (l:l) the
balance, is also entitled to a family exemption.
8. At the dat.e of death, decedent owned various motor
vehicles and shares of conunon valued at $5,486.93, more fully
described on the above estate's Inventory filed June 23, 1994 at
the Cumberland County Register of wills office and made part hereto
and attached hereof as Exhibit A.

10. Thera are no unpaid claimants of the above Estate.
Proofs of publication are attached hereto as Exhibits Band C and
made part hereof. The last date of publication was April 15, 1994.
11. A Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return was filed on or
about Augul,t 6, 1994 at the Cumberland County Register of wills and
on December 19, 1994 Pennsylvania Department of Revenue issued a
"No Tax Due" statement. Said statement is attached hereto and made
part hereof as Exhibit D.
12. All of decedent's children, being adult individuals,
understand fully the limited assets of their late father's estate
and renounoe any claim thereof and consent to the grant of the
grant of the entirety of estate aosets (less disbursements) to
their mother, decedent's surviving spouse, and release their mother
as administratrix and consent to this Petition. Those releases and
oonsents are attaohed hereto as Exhibits E, F, and G.
13. Twenty (20) day written notioe of Petitioner's intention
to file this Petition has been provided to all heirs.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner SHIRLEY L. JONES respectfully requests
this Honorable Court award the Estate of GEORGE R. JONES as
follows.
