I, W. YVONNE FROMM, of the Township of Silver spring,
County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of pennsylvania, being of
sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make,
publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void all former wills and codicils
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST. I order and direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid by my Executor or Co-Executors, as the
case may be, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be

SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed,

FROMM, absolutely and in fee oimple, if he survives me.
THIRD. If, however, my husband, THOMAS L. FROMM,
predeceases me, then and in that event, I give, devise and
bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate,
in equal shares unto to my children, namely: PAMELA SUE
MEABON, CURTIS MICHAEL FROMM, and TPJ\CI LYNNE H!I.LTER, share and
share alike, absolutely and in fee simple.
If any of my said childr.en shall predecease me
leaving lawful issue to survive me, then I order and direct
that the share provided herein for such deceased child shall be
distributed unto his or her said lawful issue, per stirpes,

not per capita. Provided, however, that if any issue entitled
to share in my Estate as provided in the preceding sentence has

unto the CCNB BANK, N.A., of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, as
my Trustee, IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS, to hold, manage, invest and
reinvest said share and the income therefrom and to use and
apply from time to time as much of the income and principal
thereof as my Trustee, in the exercise of its sole and absolute
discretion, may deem proper for the comfortable support,
maintenance, care and education of said issuel and when said
issue attains the age of twenty-five (25) years, his or her
Trust shall terminate and the remaining balance of principal
and accumulated income, if any, shall be paid over and
distributed unto him or hel'l but if said issue shall die before
attaining the age of twenty-five (25) years, his or her Trust
shall terminate and the remaining balance of principal and
accumulated income, if any, shall be paid over and distributed
unto his or her then-living issue per stirpes and in default of
said issue, the same shall be paid over and distributed unto my
then-living issue, or their Trusts, as the case may be, per
stirp&s and not per capita. Provided, further, that my Trustee
herein shall hold all income and principal from any Trust
herein free from all claims, attachments, jUdgments, executions

beneficiary and no beneficiary shall have any power to

but if. for any reason he shall fail to qualify as such Executor
or cease so to serve, then I nominate, constitute and appoint
my children: PAMELA SUE MEABON, CURTIS MICHAEL FROMM and TRACI
LYNNE WALTER, Co"Executors, to serve in his place and stead,
all to serve without bond in this or any other jurisdiction.
