I, Sylvia V. Yeingst, of Honroe Township, cumber~and County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to he my Last Hill and Testament and
revoke all Hills and Codicils previously made by me,
ITEM I: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
shall be paid from my estate all soon as practicable after my decease,
as a part of the administration of my Estate.
ITEM II: I de~ise and bequeath all of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate to my husband, Earl H. Yeingst, providing
he shall survive me by thir.ty (30) days.
ITEM Ill: Should my said husband, Earl H. Yeingst, predecease
or die on or before the thirtieth day following my death, I bequeath
the sum of $10,000 to my granddaughter, Lori J. Shughart, providing
she shall survive me.
ITEM IV: Should my said husband, Earl H. Yeings t, predecease
me or die on or before the thirtieth day following my death, I
devise all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of
whatever nature and wherever situate to my daughter, Joann E.
Shughart.
ITEM V. : I appoint my daughter, Joann E. Shughart, guardian
of any property which passes, either under this Hill or otherwise,
to a minor and with respect to which 1 am authorized to appoint
a Guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided
that this appointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right
of any fiduciary in its discretion to distribute a share where
possible to a minor or to another for a minor's benefit. Such
guardian shall have power to use principal, as well 8S income,
from time to time for the minor's support, welfare and education
