I, HERM J. CORGlIN, residing in the'l'own of Walton,
County of Delaware and State of New York, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and nll other wills and codicils by me
at any time heretof.ore made.
FIRST: I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon after my death as practicable.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all my estate,
real, personal, and mixed, of whatever kind and nature and
wherever situated, of which I may die seized or possessed,
or in which I may have any interest or over which I may have
any power of appointment or testamentary disposition, to my
beloved son, Stephen Richard Corgan.
THIRD: Should my said so~, Stephen Richard Corgan, not
survive me, I give, devise and bequeath the said property to
his issue surviving, in equal shares, per stirpes.
FOURTH: I nominate and appoint my son, Stephen Ri~hard
Corgan, of Pennsauken, New Jersey to be the ex!wutor of my
will. Should Stephen Richard Corgan fail to qualify as
executor or, having qualified, thereafter cease to act as
executor, I nominate and appoint my daughter in-law, Debi
Corgan of Penns~uken, New Jersey, as my substitute or
successor executrix. None of my executors shall be required
