STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

THIS AGRBEMEN'l' made this ..L<J - day of~, 2007, by and
between Carlisle Housing Opportunities Corp., of Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
cumberland Valley Habitat for Humanity, Inc., hereinafter referred
to as OWner, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed to erected
and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of ground situate in
the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit. "A" which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof known as. 173 West North
Street, Carlisle, cumberland County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREBMBNT WITNESSBTH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1. . 00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through' or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself; himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of ground with improvements thereon erected situate in the
Fourth Ward of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described accOl'ding to a Final Minor Subdivision Plan for Mary Elizabeth Martin prepared
by Stephen G. Fischer, R. S., dated July 19, 1983, and recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 44, Page 20,
as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the concrete sidewalk along West North Street, which point is at
the corner of Lot No.2 of the above-referenced Plan at a point on the centerline of the
common passageway under second floor; thence along said sidewalk on West North Street,
North 83 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds West 17.44 feet to a point at the comer of land
now or formerly of George H. Butcher, Jr.; thence along land now or formerly of George H.
Butcher, Jr. and an apparent party wall and a post and wire fence, North 06 degrees 10
minutes 00 seconds East 88 feet to an iron pin set; thence along land now or formerly of
the said George H. Butcher, Jr., South 83 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds East 18,03 feet
to an iron pin set; thence along the aforesaid Lot. No.2 and a post and wire fence, South 07
degrees 14 minutes 34 seconds West 41.84 feet to a point; thence along same and a
common passageway under second floor South 05 degrees 55 minutes 47 seconds West
46,17 feet to a point on the concrete sidewalk of the said West North Street, the point and
place ofBEGfNNING.
BEING Lot No.1 of the above-referenced Plan; containing 1,538.757 square feet; and being
improved with a two-story single-family attached dwelling known and numbered as 173
West North Street, Carlisle.
