I, CATIiERINE M. TREOO, widow, of 727 Nonh Pitt Street, In the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last WI1I and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1, I direct my hereinafter named Executor to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses
as soon after my death as may be found convenient to do so. I funher direct that all inheritance,
transfer, succession and eslate taxes, Including Interest and penalties thereon, which may be
payable on account of my death shall be paid from the residue from of my estate regardless of
whether the assets upon which such taxes are based are Included in my probate estate.
2. I give and bequeath to my daughter, Pauline Hench, all of my household goods and
fumlshlngs and article~ of personal use and adomment, and tangible personal propeny,
3, All of the rest. residue and remainder of my estate, real, personbl and mIxed, and
wheresoever the same may be situate, I give, devise and bequeath to Fanners Trust Company and
Its successors, 1 West High Street. Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to be added to the trust which I
established there by Instrument dated January ~ c> , 1993, and direct that the same be distributed
as provided In that Trust Agreement, but if for any reason I may have tennlnated that Agreement
during my lifetime, then in such event the distribution of the residue shall be made set forth on
Schedule "B" of that Trust Agreement dated January l. ,) . 1993.
4, I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said daughter, Pauline Hench, as
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, but should she predecease me or cease setving as
such, then in such event I nominate, constitute and appoint Farmers Trust Company and Its
successors, 1 West High Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, as alternate or successor Exe.cutor, and I
fllnher direct that neither of them shall be required to post any bond to secure the faithful
perfonnance of her or Its duties In the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or In any other jurisdiction.

situate In the Fifth Ward of tho Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, numbered and bounded and described In accordance with the Plan
of Lots laid out and adopted by the Carlisle Land and Improvement Company
recorded In the hereinafter named Recorder's Office In Miscellaneous Record
Book 15, Page 572, as follows I
ON the North by a private alley; on the East by Fairground Avenue which
was formerly known us Creek Lane; on the South by the northern line of 60-feet
wide "D" Street; and on the West by the eastern line of 60 feet wide North Pitt
Street.
THE above-descrlbed tract of land contains 111 feet, more or less, along
the eastern line of said 60-feet wide North Pitt Street; 28 feet 6 Inches, more
or less, along the private ulley on the North; 130 feet, more or less, ulong the
western line of Fairground Avenue, which was fOl'merly known as Creek Lane;
