Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I devise and bequeath my real estate being
improved with dwelling, same being known and numbered as 515
Market Street, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, to my daughter, SUSAN
C. SMITH.
SECOND: I give and bequeath the contents of my home,
same being situate at 515 Market street, New Cumberland, Pennsyl-
vania, to SUSAN C. SMITH. The contents of my home shall not
include cash, seourities, bank accounts and other like
intangibles. It is my wish that SUSAN shall have all of my
furniture, furnishings and personal possessions, not including
those items specifically excluded.
THIRD: I give and bequeath my coin collection to SUSAN
C. SMITH.
FOURTH: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate,
including any property over which I hold power of appointment and
together with any insurance polioies thereon, as follows:

LEROY L. SHAFFER predeceases me, I direct that the share or shares
so allotted to him under this Clause FOURTH (C), shall pass to his
wife, JACQUELYN SHAFFER. Finally, jf JACQUELYN SHAFFER prede-
ceases me, I direct that the share or shares so allotted to her
under this Clause FOURTH (e), shall pass to the WILLS EYE
HOSPITAL, PEDIATRIC DIVISION, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to be
applied to and used for the treatment of minor children who are
without sufficient financial wherewithal to pay for said treat-
ment.

and by other prov\sions of this Will, I give the fiduciaries
acting hereunder the following powers, applicable to all property,
exercisable without court approval and effective until actual
distribution of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to lease, for
any period of time, any real or personal property and to give
options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon

aries, as are deemed proper, without regard to any principle of
diversification, risk or productivity.
(E) To exercise any option, right or privilege granted
in insurance policies or in other investments.
(F) To exercise any election or privilege given by the
Federal and other tax laws, including, but not necessarily being
limited to, personal income, gift and estate or inheritance tax
laws.
(G) To make distributions to my herein named benefici-
aries in cash or in kind or partly in each.
(H) To borrow money from themselves or others in order
to pay debts, taxes, or estate or trust administration expensos,
to protect or improve any property held under my will, and for
investment purposes.
