Eakin respectfully represents: 1.) Your petitioner is attorney for Ralph R. Hoy, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Violet S. Hay, deceased. 2.) Decedent died March 1, 1994, the owner of an undivided one-half interest in a tract of land in silver spring Township, improved with a dwelling known as 171 Millers Gap Road, Enola, Pennsylvania. (Exhibit A attached hereto) 3.) Ralph R. Hoy, the Executor I is the owner of the other undivided one-half interest therein. 4.) Decedent's Will devised a life estate in her undivided one-half interest to said Ralph R. Hoy with the remainder to her daughter, Ruth A. Stoner, who has since married and is known as Ruth A. Myers. 5.) The real estate was appraised on the date of death at $206,000.00, the undivided one-half interest of the decedent being $103,000.00. 6.)
