LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HUGHLETT S. WOODWARD
. I I HUGHLETT S. WOODWARD, of Silver Spring Township I County
of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and
d:l.sposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and
declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
making void any and all prior Wills be me at any time hereto-
fore made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses as soon after my decease as the same can conveniently
be done.
2.
All my right, title, and interes t in that certain tract of
land in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, being ten
acres, more or less, and having erected thereon a dwelling house
known and numbered as 118 Beard Road, Enola, Pennsylvania, I
give, devise and bequeath to my wife, VIOLA E. WOODWARD, or in
the event she should predecease me or die within thirty (30)
days of my death, to my wife I s daughter, JUNE C. RENSHA'v l SUBJECT
NEVERTHELESS in either event to a life estate therein hereby
given to my son, LEE A. WOODHARD. Said life estate shall be for
the connnon use of the premises with VIOLA E. HOODWARD or JUNE
C. RENSHAW and shall be without bond or liability for waste.
