granddaughter, LISA J. GERTH. In the event that my said grand-
daughter shall be under the age of eighteen (18) years, I direct
that my estate shall be held in trust by my daughter-in-law,
SHIRLEY M. GERTH for my granddaughter. The trustee is authorized
to use principal and ~ncome for the support, education and main-
tenance of the beneficiary. Distribution shall be made to the bene-
ficiary when she attains age eighteen (18) years. In the event
that the trustee shall become unable to serve for any reason, I
appoint HAMILTON BANK as succeeding trustee.
SIXTH: In the event that my granddaughter, LISA J. GERTH
should predecease me or die before attaining age eighteen (18)
years, I then direct that the remainder of my estate shall be
distributed to my daughter-in-law, SHIRLEY M. GERTH if she is then
living and if not, I then direct that my estate shall be equally
distributed to those of the following individuals who shall then
be living: my nephew, DONALD G. GERTH and my nieces, JUDITH
WOOLVEN, SANDRA WOOLVEN and DEBBIE WOOLVEN.
SEVENTH: Neither principal nor income nor any part thereof
due any legatee, devisee or beneficiary of any trust estate created
hereunder shall be assignable or transferable or in any manner
pledged or parted with by way of anticipation by any beneficiary,
legatee or devisee until actual distribution hereunder, nor be
liable to attachment or execution under any legal or equitable
process for the debts, liabilities or engagements of any of them.
