MINNIE M. MESSIMER
I, MINNIE M. MESSIMER, of the Borough of New Cumberland,
county of cumberland, and state of Pennsylvania, declare this to
be my last will and revoke any will previously made by me.
Item I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses,
including my gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness,
and any and all taxes and assessments imposed by any governmental
body as a result of my death, whether on property passing under
this will or otherwise, shall be paid from my residuary estate
as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the expense
of the administration of my estate.
Item II. I give, devise, and bequeath to my husband, CHARLES
R. MESSIMER, all my possessions ~nd estate of every nature and
wherever situate, provided he survives my death by sixty (60) days.
Item III. Should my said husband predecease me or be decease
on the sixty-first day following my death, I give, devise, and
bequeath all my possessions and estate of every nature and wherever
situate to such of my children as survive my death by sixty (60)
days and, in the event I leave no children who so survive me, then
to such of my issue, per stirpes, as survive my death by sixty (60)
days.
Item IV. I appoint my son, RONALD R. MESSIMER, and my daughte ,
BONNIE R. WOOTERS, co-executor and co-executrix of this my last will.
Item V. I direct that my personal representatives shall not
be required to give bond for the faithful performance of their
duties in any jurisdiction.
