Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars, and have made this proposal to the other heirs of the Estate,

Charles R, Rasp, one-quarter; Kenneth L. Rasp, one-quarter; Wa~er S, Rasp,
one-quarter, Donna L. Read, one-eighth; Merry Kay Harwood-Forrest, one-eighth,
7, Petitioner has written to all of the heirs who are not purchasing the property
In question, Donna L, Read, Mary Kay Harwood-Forrest, and Walter S, Rasp, to ask their
permission to purchase the property under these terms, Copies of the letter of Petitioner's
attorneys to the other heirs Is attached hereto as Exhibit "C",
8, All of the remaining heirs have given their consent, which consents are
