I, MARTHA A. HURLEY, of the Borough of Carliole, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this instrwnent to be my last will and testament,
hereby expressly revokin~ all wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
1. I dir>ect my executor- to pay all of my debts, funeral and
administr-ative expensen us soon as may be done conveniently after my
decease.
2. I authorize and empower my executor> to sell any realty owned
by me at my death and not specifically devised or bequeathed herein,
at either pUblic or private sale, and to give good and sufficient deeds
therefor, in fee simple, as I could do if living.
3. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estat0, of every nature
and wherever> situate to my four children, Ray D. Hurley, Shirley J,
Myers, Marlin L. Hurley and June D. Brown, share and share alike, the
child or childr>en of any deceased child taking the share their parent
would have taken if l:lving. If any of my said children is indebted to
me at the time of my death, then I direct that the amount owing by
such child or children shall be deducted by my executor from his or
her share.
II. I nominate and appoint Marlin L. Hurley to be the executor
of this my last will and testament; he is to ser>ve as such without
bond.
5. I hereby suggest that my personal representat i ve retain the
services of Irwin, Irwin & Irwin as attorneys in the settlement of my
estate.
