ITEM IV: I nominate, constitute and appoint my son,
William J. Lafferty, Jr., Trustee of the speci fie bequests pro-
vided for in Item III hereof, on the following conditions I The
sum of $12,000.00 for the benefit of Maurffen shall be used solely
for purposes of assisting Maureen in the completion of her educa-
tion. It is a condition of this trust that Maureen must attend an
accredited college and complete her education period of four yoars
ithin a five year period, and said education must be completed
on or before her 24th birthday, except in the event of illness or
inability, or other independent reason which would prevent her
from so doing. This educatiom1 fund shall be used for her educa-
tion and maintenance during the course of her attendance at said
accredited college and any disbursement for room and board shall
e restricted to dormitory residence only. These same provisions
hall apply to the trust for my daughter, Colleen, except that
olleen must commence her education by the age of 24, and this
rust shall be void in the event she does not commence her educa-
ion by said age of 24. All other conditions as applied to Maureen
hall apply to Colleen under this trust, except that her educa-
ion shall be completed by tha age of 29.
In the event said trust lapses, or there are funds remain-
ng at the time said trust terminates, then the same shall become
art of the residue of my estate and be distributed in accordance
ith the provisions of this will.
