to be my will and hereby revoke all prior wills and codicils made by me.

tangible personal property to the specified individuals:
(a) My two Windsor chairs, Federal Banjo Type Clock, and
Cut Glass Decanter with stopper, each an antique, to my daughter,
KAREN LEASURE, if she survives me; and
(b) My Chippendale desk and Fairbanks scale, each an
antique, to my son, STEPHEN B. CARPENTER, if he survives me.
2, Pecuniary BeQuasts, I hereby bequeath the following amounts to
'the specified individuals or entity:
(a) The sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars to tha
Endowmant Fund of the Unitarian Church of Harrisburg, in memory
of my late wife, Barbara;

granted elsewhere herein or which may be granted by law, my fiduciaries

of notice to or consent of any court:

even though such property would not be considered appropriate or

graded 811 clarity and F-H color, in accordance with the
grading standards of the Gemological Institute of America.
The diamond has a 5.6 mm diameter, 66% table and thin,
satin finish girdle. The shank tapers from 1.5mm to
2mm and is set with a square, four split prong head.
