LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, VENA E. MEHRING, widow, of the City of Harrisburg,
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and
understanding, hereby revoking any former Wills by me heretofore
made, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in
manner as follows:
I direct my executor, hereinafter named, to pay all
my just debts, funeral and burial expenses as soon after my decease
as practicable, as well as all inheritance taxes, whether State
or Federal, which may be assessed against my estate, or on any
property passing as a result of my death, whether or not forming
part of my estate, as part of the costs of administration.
I direct that my remains shall be decently burled
in the Mehring Family Plot in the Harrisburg Cemetery, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania, next to the grave of my late husband, and that a
marker similar to his be also placed thereon.
I give and bequeath to my son, Robert G. Johnson,
by former marriage, who resides at 4960 State Road, Drexel Hill,
Pennsylvania, the SUIll of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars, if he
survives me. In the event, however, that he does not survive
me then I direct that the same shall be given to his widow.
I give and bequeath to my son, Albert G. Mehring,
the sum of Three Thousand 4$3,000.00) Dollars IN TRUST, NEVERTHELESS,
for the use and benefit of my two (2) grandchildren, namely, Valerie
Victoria Mehring and Andrew Stephen Mehring, both of whom are now
minors, to hold the same for their use and benefit until the younger

of them shall reach the age of twenty-two (22) yeaI'll under the
follo''llng terms and conditions:
1. To invest and reinvest the principal thereof and
accumulated income during the period of the Trust, and all income
shall be added to the principal and become a part thereof and
invested and reinvested in the same manner.
2. Said Trustee shall have broad powers as to the manner
of making investments and may invest and reinvest the principal
in such securities as may be proper and advisable besides those
designated by law for trust purposes.
3. My said Trustee is authorized, however, to i.nvade the
principal and or income at any time during the continuance of the
Trust for any necessities dealing with the general welfare of the
said beneficiaries, or either' of them, for medical or hospital
care, education or maintenance.
4. At the time the younger of said beneficiary shall
reach the age of twenty-two (22) years the Trust shall then be
terminated and ~\y executor or trustee, as the case may be, shall
then pay the total net amount of all funds in his hands in equal
shares to my said grandchildren, or the survivor of them, and the
trustee discharged.
5. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, including
the A.'l'.&T. stock or any dividends arising therefrom to my son,
Albert G. Mehring, P.O. Box 268, Dillsburg, pennsylvania 1701'1.
In the event, however, my said son should predecease me, then I
give, devise and bequeath all my property as aforesaid t.o his
widow.
