ing void any and all former wills by me at any time here-to-fore made,
ITEM 1. I direct my just debts, if any, my funernl expenses,
and the inheritance tuxes on the bequests here-in given, to be paid
out of my estate as soon as can be conveniently done after my decease,
ITEM 2, I give all my property, real, personal., and mixed, or
the proceeds there-of, in equal shares to my following daughters,
to whit: JOAN D, WRIGHTSTONE, PATSY A, SLUSSER, PEGGY A, SIMPSON,
and DIANN Jl, LIVINGSTONE, t~ be theirs absolutely,
ITEM 3, In the event that one or more of my daughters do not
'survive me, then the here-in referred to property, or the proceeds
there-of, shall be divided equally among the surviving daughters,
