estate to the SWATARA CHRUCH OF GOD, located at Route 441 and
Keokler Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
B. I give and bequeath twelve and five tenths (12.5%)
percent of my residuary estate to the HUMANE SOCIETY OF HARRISBURG
AREA, INC., East Shore Shelter, 7790 Grayson Road, Harrisburg,
pennsyl vania.
C. I give and bequeath twelve and five tenths (12.5%)
percent of my residuary estate to the HUMANE SOCIEITY OF
HARRISBURG AREA, INC., \~est Shore Shelter, Sinclair & Eppley
Roads, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
D. I give and bequeath twelve and five tenths (12.5%)
percent of my residuary estate
to the AMERICAN HEART
ASSOCIATION-TRI COUTNY COUNCIL, 3805 Paxton Street, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania.
E. I give and bequeath the remaining twelve and five tenths
(12.5%) percent of my residuary estate to the ARTHRITIS
FOUNDATION, 2019 Chestnut Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
ITEM 9: I appoint COMMONWEALTH NATIONAL BANK as guardian
over any property which passes either under this Will or otherwise
to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint

WAIVER OF ACCOUNT, RECEIPT
RELEASE AND AGREEMENT OF INDEMNITY
Mellon Bank was named Executor of the Estate ofPau\lne M. Behm under Will dated January 22,
1990. Mrs. Behm died on April I, 1994. The Pennsylvania inheritance tax return has been
acoepted as filed and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General has approved the accounting
and informal settlement. The undersigned has received and examined the First and Final Account
and has agreed to waive the filing of such an account for court audit.
Thereforo, tho under~igned, intending to be leg~lIy bound and In consideration of the Immediate
termination of the subject estate and distribution to the undersigned of the corpus thereof hereby:
a. . Represents and warrants that the undersigned has read and understands this
instrument and that the facts set forth above are true and correct to the best of the
undersigned's knowledge, information and belief.
b, Waives the filing of an accounting of the administration of the estate before the
court having Jurisdiction over this estate. Declares that the undersigned has
received and examined an account of income and principal cash receipts and
disbursements. The undersigned finds it to be correct in all particulars and accepts
it and approves It, as If a complete income and principal accounting had been duly
filed, audited, adjudicated and confirmed absolutely by the court having
Jurisdiction over this estate,
c, Requests the above named fiduciary(s), to make distribution of the balance shown
on the accounting and effective upon delivery to the undersigned of the amount
shown as distributable, acknowledges receipt of such property.

Agrees to refund to Mellon Bank any amount which m~y at any time be
determined to have been an erroneous distribution to the undersigned regardless of
the cause of such erroneous distribution. Agrees that any period for the limitation
of actions and the collect 1011 of any erroneous distribution to the undersigned shall
commence only at such time as Mellon Bank shall have obtained the actual

The undersigned, legatee under the will of Pauline M. Behm,
deceased, does herebYI
1. Acknowledge that his daughter, Amanda Patterson, and
his son, Wade Patterson, are entitled to the sum of Two Thousand
($2,000.00) Dollars in accordance with the Last Will. and
Testament of Pauline M. Behm, and that he shall hold the same
until each child reaches the age of twenty-one as set forth in
Item 5 of the Last Will and Testament of Pauline M. Behm;
2. Waives the filing of the First and Final Account and
Schedule of Distribution;
3. Acknowledges receipt of the sum of Two Thousand
($2,000.00) Dollars for each child;
4. Releases Mellon Bank, N.A., Executor of the estate of
Pauline M. Behm, from all liabilities, whether due to the
Executor's negligence or otherwise, which it may have by reason
of its administration of the estate.
5. Agrees to refund to the Executor any portion of the
distr.ibution to which the children are not properly entitled,
and, to the extent of said distribution, to indemnify them for
claims made against them as Executor, and to reimburse them all
expenses and costs incurred in connection with any such claims;
and
6. Declares that this instrument shall be legally binding
