LAST WILl, AND TESTAMENT OF MILDRED B. COYLE
I, MILDRED B. COYLE, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberlnnd
County, Pennsylvania, declare this' instrument to be my Last Will
and Testament, in manner and form following:
1. I hereby expressly revoke all Wills and Codicils
heretofore made by me.
2. I hereby direct my Executor to pay all my just debts,
funeral and administrative expenses out of my estate, as Boon as
practicable after my death.
3. I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) to each of my grandchildren and great grandchildren
who survive my death/ and I appoint the parents or surviving
parent of any great grandchild who may be under the age of.
eighteen years, as guardian(s) to receive this bequeat on his or
her behalf.
4. I devise and bequeath the remainder of my estate to my
children, Mary Louise Wickstead, Emily C. Jacoby and William J.
Coyle, share and .hare alike; and to the issue, per stirpes, of
any child who might then be deceased.
5. I nominate and appoint my son, William J. Coyle, as
Exeoutor of this my Last Will and Testament/ and I direct that
he sarve without the necessity of filing bond or security in any
jurisdiotion.

this 9th day of November, 1978.
