I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, of whatsoever nsture and whereaoever situate, including any property
over which I enjoy a power of appointment, unto my husband, JOHN D. KOST, if he
survives me by thirty (30) days,
ARTICLE IV
Should my husband, JOHN D. KOST, not be living on the thirty-first
(3lst) day following my death, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest., residue
and remainder of my Estate, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,
including any property over which I enjoy a power of appointment, as follows I

In the event that my grllnddaughter, REBECCA S. ENDO or my
greatgranddaughter, ERIKA ENDO, is residing in Japan at the time of my death, I
give, devise and bequeath such beneficiary(s)' share unto DAUPHIN DEPOSjT BANK
AND TRUST COMPANY, IN TRUST, to hold, manage, inveat and reinvest the same in
accordance with Article VI hereof,
ARTICLE V
In the event that CLAIRE L. GARGIULO and/or GERALD N. GARGIULO has not
reached the age of twenty-one (21) years at the time of my death, I give, davise
and bequeath each such beneficiary(s), share unto DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST
COMPANY, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, IN SEPARATE TRUST, to hold, manage, invest
and reinvest the share(s) so received, and the accumulation of income thereon,
and to use and apply the income and princ ipsl, or so much thereof as, in
Trustee's discretion, mey be necessary or appropriate for such beneficiary's
support and education (including college education, both graduate and
undergraduate, and vocational training) without regard to his or her ability to
provide for such support or education or to make payment for these purposes,
without further responsibility, to such beneficiary or to any person taking care
of such beneficiary. When such benef iciary shall reach the age of twenty-one
(21) years, Trustee shall distribute balance of the then-remaining principal and
any income accumulated thereon unto such beneficiary absolutely, at which time
the trust as to that beneficiary shall terminate. In the event any beneficiary
dies before receiving his or her finsl distribution hereunder, such tr'lst shall
termJnate and the balance of principal and any income accumulated thereon shall
established permanent reaidency to be d.lstributed in accordance herewith, and
the ahare of the other to continue to be held in Trust in accordance with the
provisions of this Article VI.
C, ,If, the end of five (5) years from the date of my death, neither my
granddaughter, REBECCA S. ENDO, nor my greatgranddaughter, ERIKA ENDO, has
established permanent residency in the United States of America, I dil'l1ct that
the principal and income accumulated therein shall then and only then be
distributed in three (3) equal shares, one (1) unt.o my granddaughter, DEBORAIl
L. GARGIULO, if living, otherwise t.o her t.hen-livlng Issue, per stirpes, and
one (I) each unto my greatgrandchildren, CLAIRE L. GARGIULO, and GERALD N.
GARGIULO, the shares of either of t.hese greatgrandchildren who has not. at.t.ained
the age of twenty-one (21) years t.o be held in further Trust subject. to the
terms of Article V hereof, and provided further if either greatgrandchild,
CLAIRE L. GARGIULO or GERALD N, GARGIULO, Is not then-living, I direct that the
share of such deceased beneficiary shall be distributed unto the then-living
issue of my granddaughter, DEBORAIl L, GARGIULO.
D. In the event my Trustee, after reasonable investigation as to the
question of residency, has made a d.lstribution to either my granddaughter,
REBECCA S. ENDO, or my greatgranddaughter, ERICA ENDO, either having
established perManent residency within the five (5) year period, and such
person lat.er est.ablishes permanent residency out.side of t.he United St.at.es of
America, I nonet.heless st.ate my intent that. t.he Trustee's distribution of that
share or shares shall not be assaJled, at.tacked or otherwise challenged by any
cont.lngent remainderman described herein.

ARTICLE VI
A, If the share of my granddaughter, REBECCA S, EIIDO, or of my
greatgrnnddaughter, ERIKA ENDO, or both, is distributed unto DAUPHIN DEPOSIT
BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee, in accordance with the provisIons of Art.1cle
IV, I direct my Trustee to hold, manage, invest and reinvest the share or shares
so received for the benefit of the beneficiary(s) and accumulate the income
thereon until either beneficiary shall have returned to t.he United States and
established a permanent residency anywhere in the UnJ.ted States of America,
exclusive of residency anywhere else, such event to be determined solely and
exclusively by my Trustee after reasonable investigation (the nature and extent
of which shall be in Trustee' s sole discretion), at which time I direct the
Trustee to divide the balance of principal and income uccumulated thereon into
two (2) shares, one (l) share of which I direct to be distributed immediately
unto my granddaughter, REBECCA S. ENDO, if she has established permanent
residency in the United States, and the other share of which I direct be held in
further Trust for the benefit of my greatgranddaughter, ERIKA ENDO, if she has
established permanent residency in the United States, subject to the same terms
and conditions as set forth in the administration of the trust(s) as established
in Article V hereof.
B. In the event. either my granddaught.er, REBECCA S. ENDO, or my
greatgrllnddaughter, ERIKA ENDO, establishes permanent residency in the United
States of America within five (5) years from the date of my death, and the other
has not, I direct that the balance of principal and income ,In the TrUst
