LAST WILL AND TEST~1ENt OF VERNA S. CAPP
I, Vb:RNA S. CAPP I of the Township of Silver Spring, County
of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and dis-
posing mind, memory and understanding, do make , publish and
declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
making void any and all prior Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
eKpenses as soon after my decease as the same can conveniently
be done.
2.
I give and bequeath all my household furnishings located in
my residence at 816 W. Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania,
to my husband, C. HERBERT CAPP, for and during the term of his
natural life, if he survives me. Upon the death of my husband,
C. HERBERT CAPP, my furniture shall be sold and the net proceeds
derived therefrom shall be distributed and paid over to my children
to wit: my daughter, MARIAN DeWALT, my son, LESLIE I. ANDERSON,
my stepson, LORENZO W. ANDERSON, my stepdaughter. VICTORY C. QUIGLEY,
and my stepdaughter, ALFREDA J. SHULTZ, share and share aHke.
3.
I give and bequeath the proceeds of my personal checkin~
account to my daughter, ~~RIAN A. DeWALT.
4.
In the event that my husband, C. HERBERT CAPP I has predeceased
me, t.hen in such event I I direct that my family residence located
at 816 W. Trindle Road, Mechani.csburg, Pennsylvania, be converted

to cash, and for this purpose, I authorize, empower and direct
my Executors, hereinafter named, to sell the same at either
public or private sale or sales. After my personal residence
has been sold by my J:;xecutors ElS above, I give and bequeath
Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars from the net proceeds derived
from said sale to my daughter, MARIAN A. DeWALT, my son, LESLIE
1. ANDERSON, my stepson, LORENZO W. ANDERSON, my stepdaughter,
VICTORY C. QUIGLEY, and my stepdaughter, ALFREDA J. SHULTZ,
share and share alike, per stirpes, and I give and bequeath the
balance of said net proceeds derived from the sale of my residence
to my husband I s three children, to wit, DANIEL K. CAPP, HERBERT
H. CAPP, and FRANCES L. PIERCE, share and share alike, per stirpes.

I give and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever the same may be
situated, to my daughter, MARIAN A. DeWALT, my son, LESLIE I.
ANDERSON, my stepson, LORENZO W. ANDERSON, my s tepdaugh ter,
VICTORY C. QUIGLEY, and my stepdaughter, ALFREDA J. SHULTZ,
