I, CLARENCE G. STONER, of Lower Allen Township, Cumber-
land County, Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this as and
for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills
and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I give and bequeath my household furniture and
furnishings, my personal effects, jewelry, clothing, automobiles
and all other tangible personal property, including all insurance
policies covering those items, to my wife, BLANCHE V. STONER,
provided she survives me by sixty (60) days; or, if she does not
so survive me, to my son, EDWIN D. STONER.
SECOND: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate,
including any property over which I hold power of appointment and
together with any insurance policies thereon, unto my wife,
BLANCHE V. STONER, provided she survives me by sixty (60) days.
THIRD: Should my wife, Blanche V. Stoner/ predecease me
or die on or before the sixty-first (61st) day following my death,
I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate of whatever nature and wherever situate, including any
property over which I hold power of appointment and together with
any insurance polioies thereon, as follows:
(A) Forty (40%) percent thereof to my son, EDWIN D.
STONER, provided, however, should he predecease me, unto his issue
per stirpes by representation.
(B) Fifteen (15%) percent thereof to my grandson, FRED
D. STONER, provided, however, should he predecease me, unto his
issue per stirpes by representation.
(C) Fifteen (15%) percent thereof to my granddaughter,
MARY ANN BRADLEY, provided, however, should she predecease me,
unto her issue per stirpes by representation.
(D) Fifteen (15%) percent thereof to my grandson, SCOTT

(E) Fifteen (15%) peroent thereof to my granddaughter,
CHERY M. FOGARTY, provided, however, should she predeoease me,
unto her issue per stirpes by representation.
FOURTH: In addition to all powers granted to them by
law and by other provioions of this will, I give the fiduoiaries
aoting hereunder the following powers, applicable to all property,
exercisable without court approval and effective until actual
distribution of all property:
(A) To sell at pUblic or private sale, or to lease, for
any period of time, any real or personal property and to give
options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon
such terms (inClUding credit, with or without security) or
conditions as are deemed proper. This includes the power to give
legally sufficient instruments for transfer of the property and to
receive the proceeds of any disposition of it.
(B) To partition, subdivide, or improve real estate and
to enter into agreements .conoerning the par.tition, subdivision,
improvement, zoning or management of real estate and to impose or
extinguish restrictions on real estate.
(C) To compromise any claim or controversy and to
abandon any property which is of little or no value.
(0) To invest in all forms of property, inoluding.
stooks, common trust funds and mortgage investment funds, without
restriotion to investments ~uthorized for Pennsylvania fiduoi-
aries, as are deemed proper, without regard to any principle of
diversification, risk or productivity.
(E) To exercise any option, right or privilege granted
in insuranoe policies or in other investments.
(F) To exeroise any election or privilege given by the
Federal and other tax laws, including, but not necessarily being
limited to, personal income, gift and estate or inheritance tax

(G) To make distributions to my herein named benefioi-
aries in oash or in kind or partly in eaoh.
(H) To borrow money from themselves or others in order
to pay debts, taxes, or estate or trust administration expenses,
to proteot or improve any property held under my will, and for
investment purposes.
(I) To select a mode of payment under any qualified
retirement plan (pension plan, profit sharing plan, employee stock
ownership plan, or any other type of qualified plan) to the extent
the plan or the law permits them to do so, and to exercise any
other rights which they may have under the plan, in whatever
manner they consider advisable.
FIFTH: I direct that all inheritance, estate, transfer,
succession and death taxes, of any kind whatsoever, which may be
payable by reason of my death, whether or not wlth respect to
property passing under this Will, shall be paid out of the princi-
pal of my residuary estato.
SIXTH: All interests hereunder, whether principal or
income, which are undistributed and in the possession of the
fiduciaries acting hereunder, even though vested or distributable,
shall not be subject to attachment, execution or sequestration for
any debt, contract, obligation or liability of any beneficiary,
and furthermore, shall not be subject to pledge, assignment,
conveyance or anticipation,
SEVENTH: I nominate and appoint my wife, BLANCHE V.
STONER, Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament. In the
event of the death, resignation or inability to serve for any
reason whatsoever of the said Blanche V. stoner, I nominate and
appoint my son, EDWIN D. STONER, Executor of this, my Last Will
and Testament. I direct that my Executrix or Executor, as the
case may be, and their successors, shall not be required to post
security or a bond for the performance of their duties in any

Dear Mrs. Lewis:
I represent the Estate of Clarence G. stoner. Enclosed is a
check made payable to the Register of wills in the amount of
$92,910.00, same constituting a prepayment at discount on account
of Pennsylvania inheritance taxes in the above-captioned estate.
The prepayment is determined as follows: $1,630,000.00
multiplied by 6% or $97,800.00, less discount in the amount of 5%
or $4,890.00, reSUlting in payment of $92,910.00. Please provide
me with the appropriate receipt in this matter.

DESCRIPTION
All that oertain pieoe or paroel of real eBtate
being a lot with one hundred forty-five and
thirty-five hundredths (145,35) feet frontage
on Boxwood Lane, Meohanicsburg, pennsylvania
and having twenty-one thousand eight hundred
forty-five (21,845) square feet. Being the
same premises which was acquired by Deed dated
March 14, 1963, a oopy of whioh is attaohed
hereto and incorporated herein. The lot in
question is a portion of that property. The
propeDy was acquired by Clarence G, stoner and
Blanohe v. stoner, his wife, The said Blanche
V. stoner died June 21, 1990, whereupon full
and oomplete title to the within described real
estate beoame vested solely in Clarence G,
stoner, the deoedent herein.
The real estate in question has been appraised,
with a oopy of the appraisal being attaohed
hereto and inoorporated herein. It is
suggested that the appraised value equals the
fair market value of the within desoribed
