IRREVOCABLE TRUST
THIS AGREEMENT OF TRUST executed in duplicate this /5;,1
day of AJ)~~.J r. 1986, between EDNA I. HOCKER, of Silver
Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (hereinafter
called Settlor) and DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, of
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (hereinafter called Trustee),
WIT N E SSE T H :
1. Settlor hereby establishes with Trustee a trust
consisting of the property described as 217 Hempt Road, Silver
Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, which is
about to be conveyed to Trustee by the Deed of Berniece C.
Holler with the investments, reinvestments, and proceeds
thereof, and such anditions as may from time to time be made,
to be held by Trustee, IN TRUST, for the following uses and
purposes and subject to the terms and conditions of this
agreemen t.
2. Trustee will permit EDNA I. HOCKER to have the full
use and occupancy of said real estate, 217 Hempt Road,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, for her life so long as she
desires to reside therein. If the property is sold during the
lifetime of the Settlor, and upon her request, the Trustee is
authorized to purchase another property in substitution
thereof, provided that the cost of such substituted property
shall not exceed the amount of the net proceeds realized from
the sale of the property for which it is substituted; the
substituted property to be held under the same provisions as
the original property was held.

3. Settlor agrees to assume responsibility for the cost
of all repairs, whether ordinary or extraordinary, all real
estate taxes, hazard insurance and all costs of upkeep and
maintenance during the ped-od of her use and occupancy.
Settlor further agrees to pay the liability insurance as
Ibilled by Trustee after the placement of the property on
Trustee's Master Policy.
The cost and expense involved in the conveyance of
the real estate including, but not limited to, deed
preparation, recording fees and transfer tax will be Settlor's

may apply the net income of this trust for

the support of the Settlor should she by reason of age,
illness or any other cause in the opinion of Trustee be
incapable of disbursing it; and Trustee is further authorized
to expend or apply from the principal of this trust such sums
as it in its sole discretion may from time to time think
advisable for the support of Settlor to maintain her in the
station of life to which she is accustomed at the creation of
this trust or during illness or emergency.
5. This trust shall terminate at the death of EDNA I.
HOCKER and all then remaining accumulated income and principal
thereof shall be distributed to the personal representative of
her estate or to her estate.
6. The interests of the beneficiaries hereunder shall
not be subject to anticipation or to voluntary or involuntary
alienation.

7. Trustee shall have the following powers in addition
to those vested in it by law and by other provisions hereof
applicable to all property, principal and income, including
property held for minors, eKercisable without court approval,
and effective until actual distribution of all property:
A. To retain the property hereby transferred to
this trust as well as any or all property that may be added to
this trust hereafter by Settlor or others, real or personal,
including stock of Trustee, without regard to any principal of
risk, diversification or productivity.
B. To invest in all forms of property including,
but not by way of limitation, all types of stocks and bonds,
shares of investment companies, participation in common trust
funds and mortgage investment funds operated by Trustee or by
others, without being confined to legal investments and
without regard to any principle of risks, diversification or
productivity.
C. To compromise claims.
D. To sell at public or private sale for cash or
credit or partly for each, to exchange, or to lease for any
period of time, any r.eal or personal property, and to give
options for sales, exchanges or leases.
E. To distribute in cash or kind or partly cash.
F. To allocate receipts and expenses to principal
or income or partly to each as Trustee from time to time
thinks proper in its sole discretion.

G. To hold property in its name without designation
of any fiduciary capacity or in the name of a nominee or
I unregistered.
8. Subject to the approval of Trustee anyone may add
property, real or personal, to the principal of this trust by
deed, will, or otherwise,
9. Trustee shall receive compensation for the
performance of its functions hereunder in accordance with its
standard schedule of fees in effect from time to time during
the period over which its services are performed.
10. Settlor has had explained to her the consequences of
an Irrevocable Trust and hereby declares that she intends this
trust to be irrevocable.
11. The situs of this trust for adminis~rative and
accounting purposes shall be in the County of Cumberland and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and all questions pertaining to
the construction or validity of the provisions of this
instrument shall be governed by the law of that Commonwealth.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Settlor has hereunto set his hand the
day and year above written and trustee has executed this
instrument and caused its corporate seal to be affixed hereto.
