WILL OF ALICE A. McCLINTOCK
I, Alice A. McClintock, of 20 Hunter Lane, East pennsboro
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, make this Will, hereby
revoking all my former wills and codicils.
1. All legal debts, funeral expenses, costs of
administration of my Estate, estate taxes, inheritance taxes,
transfer taxes and other taxes of a similar nature payable by
reason of my death to any government or subdl.vl.sl.on thereor upon
or with respect to any property subject to any such tax, and any
penalties thereon, shall be paid by the Executor out of my
residuary estate, and all interest with respect to any such taxes
partly out of the income and partly out of tho principal or portion
of my Estate, in the absolute discretion of the Executor; provided,
however, that the Executor shall not pay any such taxes, penalties
or interest attributable to any property incl uded in my Estate
solely because of a power of appointment thereover which J possess,
and such property shall bear its proportionate share of such taxes,
penalties or interest.
2. I give and bequeath the house at 20 Hunter Lane, East
Pennsboro Township to my sister, Margaret G. Coghlan.
3. I give, devise and bequeath all of rest, remainder and
residue of my estate property, real, personal or mixed, tangible
or intangible, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situated,
together with any property to which I may have any power of
disposition or appointment and whether acquired during or after my
disposition o~ appointment and whether acquired during or after my
lifetime to my sister, Margaret o. Coghlan.
4. If my sister Margaret predeceases me, then I give her
share to my nieces and nephew, Margaret A. Houseworth, Marianne F.
MoManus and John D. Graham, to share and share alike.
5. If my sister Margaret predeceases me and after the lapse
of six (6) weeks from the date of my death, my nieces and nephew
have been unable to determine the in-kind distribution of any of
my assets among themselves, then tl)ose i toms which have not been
distributed at the end of six weeks shall be sold and the entire
prooeeds shall be 'given to the Saored Heart Catholic Churoh in
Cornwall, Pennsylvania.
6. I appoint my nephew, John D. Graham, as Executor. If my
nephew is unable or unwilling to aot or oontinue as Exeoutor for
any reason whatever and whether before or after my death, I appoint
my nieoe, Marianne F. McManus, as successor Executrix.
7. I direct that if my nephew John, or my niece Marianne,
eleot to take an Executor's fee, then he or she shall forfeit
his/her share as a benefioiary of my Estate under my Will.

bond or other seouri ty for the faithful performance of the
fiduoiary's duties.
