LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HELEN S. STEVENS
I, HELEN S. STEVENS, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this instrument to be my Last Will
and Testament, in manner and form following:
1. I hereby expressly revoke all 1'1i11s and Codicils
heretofore made by me.
2. I hereby direct my Executor to pay all my just debts,
funeral and administrative expenses out of my estate, .as soon as
practicable after my death.
3. I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) to each of my grandchildren who are then living; and
to the issue, per stirpes, if any, of any grandchild who is then
,
deceased.
4. I devise and bequeath the remainder of my estate to my
son, Huber S. Stevens; and if he is not then living, to his issue
then living, per stirpes.
5. I nominate and appoint my son, Huber S. Stevens, as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament; and as substitute
Executor I nominate and appoint my grandson, James D. Stevens.
I further direct that my personal representative shall not be
required to file bond or security in any jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
