WILL OF JOSEPH J. BUCHEK
I, JOSEPH J. BUCHEK, of 904 West Main Street, Plymouth, Luzerne
County, Pennsylvania, revoke any prior Wills and Codicils and declare this to
be my W1ll.
1. I direct that I1\Y Executrix hereinafter named pay I1\Y legally
binding debts and the expenses of my last illness and funeral as soon as may
be conveniently done following I1\Y death.
2. I give the sum of Ten and 00/100 ($10.00) Dollars to my daughter,
CATHERINE PECHULIS, if she survives me.
3. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of
my estate whatever kind and wherever situate, real, personal or mixed, to my
daughter, MARION GRAHAM. In the event my daugher, MARION GRAHAM, fails to
survive me, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of
my estate to her children who do survive me, share and share alike.
4. I direct that all taxes, together with interest and penalties
thereon, that may be assessed in consequence of mY death, of whatever nature
and by whatever Jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate
as a part of the expense of the administration of mY estate.
5. I appoint mY daughter, MARION GRAHAM, to be the Executri x of
thi s my Will. I di rect that I1\Y Executri x shall not be requi red to furnish
bond or other security in any jurisdiction. and if bond is nevertheless
required. it shall be without surety.

I, JOSEPH J. BUCHEK, of 904 West Main Street, Plymouth, Luzerne
County, Pennsylvania, revoke any prior Wills and Codicils and declare this to
be my \oIill.
1. I direct that ~ Executrix hereinafter named pay ~ legally
binding debts and the expenses of ~ last illness and funeral as soon as may
be conveniently done fOllowing ~ death.
2. I give the sum of Ten and 00/100 ($10.00) Dollars to ~ daughter,
CATHERINE PECHULlS, if she survives me.
3. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of
my ~state whatever kind and wherever situate, real, personal or mixed, to ~
dau~hter, MARION GRAHAM. In the event my daugher, MARION GRAHAM, fails to
survive me, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of
my ~state to her children who do survive me, share and share alike.
4. I direct that all taxes, together with interest and penalties
thereon, that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature
ann )y whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from rny residuary estate
as J part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
5, I appoint my daughter, MARION GRAHAM, to be the Executrix of
this my Will. I direct that ~ Executrix shall not be required to furnish
bond or other security in any jurisdiction, and if bond is nevertheless
required, it shall be without surety,
