SECONDI I hereby order and direct my Executor,
hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses,
testamentary expenses and all Inheritance, Estate, Transfer and
Succession Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done after my
death, out of my residuary estate, which inheritance, estate,
transfer and succession taxes shall be an administrative expense
of my estate, and shall not reduce any specific bequest. I
hereby order and direct my Executor to pay all my expenses of
shipping of items of personal property to my specified
beneficiaries as an administrative expense of my estate.
THIRDI I make the following bequests of personal

A. To my nephew, Stephen Harper, I give my etching
of London, by Whissler, and my side table with turned legsl
B. To my niece, Rebecca Harper, I give my small
inlaid end-table;
C. To my niece, Jane Davis, I give the lamp which
is on the small inlaid end-table I
D. To Kathleen Nailor of Cherry Lane, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, I give my framed Chinese tapestry and $1,500.001
E. To Sally Keen of Bow Street, Washington,
Pennsylvania, I give my water color of the Duomo in Florencel

fund of Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, New York, in memory of Mary
Knox Harper and Juliet H. Knox/
E. One and one-half (1 1/2%) percent to the
general scholarship fund of Goucher College, Townson, Maryland,
in memory of Louisa W. Knox/
F. Two (2%) percent to the Western Pennsylvania
Conservancy in memory of Samuel H. Harper.
G. Two (2%) percent to the Social Science
Foundation of Denver University, Denver, Colorado, in memory of
Heber R. Harper, Edith Harper Cherrington and Ben M. Cherrington 1
H. One and one-half (1 1/2%) percent to the
general scholarship fund of Dickinson College, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
SIX'l'HI Notwithstanding the foregoing, if at the
time of my death, any of my non-probate assets flow to the
Chautauqua Foundation or Haverford College, as would occur as the
result of asset& contributed to a pooled income fund, the
aforesaid non-probate assets shall be considered as par.t of the
gift specified in paragraph FIFTH above, for the purpose of
calculating the appropriate percentage share of said gift.

I, HEBER R. HARPER, II of the Borough of Carlisle,
C\unberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and
declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void any and all former Wills, Codicils or
writings in the natura thereof, by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRSTs It is my wish that at the time of my death,
my body be place in the hands of the Humanity Gifts Registry of
the State of Pennsylvania, by my nearest of kin or the Executor
of my estnte, for scientific studies, at the most convenient
recognized school of medicine and ultimate cremation and burial
of the ashes with others in the burial plot of the Humanity Gifts
Registry.
In the event that the foregoing cannot be carried
out, I direct that my body be cremated.

fund of Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, New York, in memory of Mary
Knox Harper and Juliet H. Knox;

in memory of Louisa W. Knox;
F. 'fwo (2%) percent to the Western Pennsylvania
Conservancy in memory of Samuel H. Harper.
G. Two (2%) percent to the Social Science
Foundation of Denver University, Denver, Colorado, in memory of
Heber R. Harper, Edith Harper Cherrington and Ben M. Cherrington;
H. One and one-half (1 1/2%) percent to the
general scholarship fund of Dickinson College, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
SIXTH, Notwithstanding the foregoing, if at the
time of my death, any of my non-probate assets flow to the
Chautauqua Foundation or Haverford College, as would occur as the
result of assets contributed to a pooled income fund, the
aforesaid non-probate assets shall be considered as part of the
gift specified in paragraph FIFTH above, for the purpose of
calculating the appropriate percentage share of said gift.
