LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF'
J. LEE ULSII
I, J. LEE ULSII, widower, of West Pennsboro Township (mailing
address: P. O. Box 51, Plainfield, Pennsylvania 17081), Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for. my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct my hereinafter named Executors to pay all of my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be found con-
venient to do so.
2. All of the rest, residue and rp.mainder' of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, and wheresoever. the same may be situate, I give,
devise and bequeath in equal shares to such of my two (2) children as
shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, but should either of
them fail to so survive me then the share such deceased child of mine
would have received shall pass to such of his or her issue as shall
survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, per stirpes, and if there
be no such issue the same shall lapse and be added to the share of the
other child. I am the father of the following two (2) children:
l~ayne L. Ulsh, of 5860 Village Plaza South Drive, Indianapolis,
Indiana 46219, and Carolyn L. Baldwin, of R. D. #9, Box 508,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.
3. Any and all payment or payments of any sum or sums, whether
in cash or in kind and whether for principal or income or services
rendered, payable to any legatee hereunder shall be made upon the sole
receipt of the respective individual to whom the payment is made, and
free and from anticipation, alienation, assignment, attachment and
pledge, and free from control by the creditors of any such legatee or
beneficiary. All shares of principal and income herein given shall be
free from anticipation, assignment, pledge or obligations of any
legatee or beneficiary, and shall not be subject to any execution or
attachements.
4. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said two (2)
children, Wayne L. Ulsh and Carolyn L. Baldwin, or either of them, as
Executors of this my Last Will and Testament and I further direct that
neither of them shall be required to post any bond to secure the
faithful performance of his or her duties in the Commonwealth of Penn-
sylvania or in any other jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF', I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this
my Last Will and Testament, written on one (1) page, this 25th day of
September, 1985.
