I, Robert W. Killinger, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, being of
sound mind, memory and understanding do hereby make, pUblish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament and do hereby revoke
any and all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses,
Including my grave marker, and taxes of whatsoever Kind,
inheritance, estate, transfer or succession tax, by whatsoever
jurisdiction levied, shall be paid by my Executrix or Executor
hereinafter named as soon after my decease as may be convenient as
I
an expense of administration out of my residuary estate.
ITEM II. I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, real, personal, or mixed, of whatsoever
nature or wheresoever situate to my wife, Kathleen P. Killinger,
absolutely and fee simple, providing that she shall survive me by
more than thirty (30) days.
ITEM III. Should my wife, Kathleen P. Killinger, predecease
me or die on or before the thirtieth (30th) day following my
death, then I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, real, personal, or mixed, of whatsoever
nature and wheresoever situate as follows:
A. Thirty percent (30%) in equal shares to my chlldren:
Timothy R. Klllinger, currently reslding in Middleburg,
Pennsylvania, Pamela J. Kerr, currently resid1ng in Bellefonte,
Pennsylvania; Cindy D. Weaver, currently residing in Beech Creek,
Pennsylvania, Teena M. Killinger, currently residing in Howard,
Pennsylvania and Holly J. Fye, currently residing in Beech Creek,
Pennsylvania.
B. Sixty percent (60%) in equal shares to my wife's
children: Kenton C. Snook, currently reslding in Jersey Shore,
Pennsylvania, Kerry L. Swales, currontly residing in Watsontown,

Pennsylvania, and Keith R. Snook, currently residing in Jersey
Shore, Pennsylvania.
C. Ten percent (10%) to the Living fftith Free Methodist
Church of Mill Hall, Pennsylvania (next to the State police
barracks I or their successors.
ITEM IV. If any of my children or my wife's children
predecease me, then their share shall go to their children per
stirpes, and if they have no children, then in equal shares to
their brothers and sisters.
ITEM V. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint mv wife,
Kathleen P. Killinger, Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament. Should my wife, Kathleen P. Killinger, fail to qualify
or cease to act as Executrix, I nomin&te, constitute and appoint
my son, Timothy R. Killinger, as Executor of this my last Will and
Testament.
ITEM VI. My Executrix or Executor above named shall have the
power to sell at public or private sale, to exchange or to lease,
for any period of time, any real or personal property and to give
options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon
such terms or conditions as said Executrix or Executor deems
proper.
ITEM VII. I direct that my personal representative or
successor named herein shall not be required to give bond for the
faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Robert W. Killinger, of camp Hilll
Pennsylvania, the Testator herein, have hereunto set my hand and
seal to this my Last Will and Testament, written on tWO (2)
