Plaintiff's Petition for Issuance of subpoenas is hereby GRANTED,

MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT OF PETITION
Plaintiff has an aotion pending in the circuit Court of the
sixth Judioial cirouit of Florida against the Defendants named in
this action. The Florida action is styled: IN THE CIRCUIT COURT
OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF
FLORIDA, GENERAL CIVIL DIVISION:
THOMAS GRIEWE, as Personal
Represontative of the Estate of MARTHA FUERTSCH, Deceased,
plaintiff, vS. DREW VILLAGE NURSING HOME, INC., d/b/a DREW VILLAGE
NURSING AND REHABILITATION CEN~ER, a/k/a CONTINENTAL MEDICAL
SYSTEMS, INC. Authorized To Operate, DREW VILLAGE NURSING HOME,
alkla DREW VILLAGE NURSING HOME, INC., Authoriz~d To Operate, DREW
VILLAGE NURSING HOME, Defendantsj Case No. 92-2668-08.
The Florida Circuit Court has issued subpoenas commanding eaoh
witness identified in Plaintiff's petition to appear at the plaoe
and time!J designated in plaintiff's petition, and plaintiff has
provided notice of said depositions to counsel for Defendant as
required by Florida law. The original subpoenas issued by the
Florida court are attached hereto as composite exhibit A, and the
Notioe of Deposition is attached hereto as exhibit B.
Plaintiff, therefore, petitions this Court to issue the
subpoenas pursuant to Pennsylvania law commanding the identified
witnesses to appear for their deposition at the designated time and
date stated in plaintiff's petition.
