My Executor is authorized to convert into money
all the rest and residue of my estate, including any personal
property not chosen by my children, as soon as the same can
conveniently be done after my death and for that purpose I do
hereby authorize and direct my Executor to sell at either public
or private sale any and all real estate and remaining personal
property for the best price or prices obtainable and my said
Executor is empowered to execute and deliver proper deed or deeds
to the purchaser or purchasers of any and all real estate in fee
simple and to properly convey and assure the same to the
purchaser or purchasers thereof,
FOURTH: After the rest and residue of my estate has
been
converted into money as aforesaid, I direct my Executor to
divide the sum into two (2) equal shares to be distributed as
follows:

If any beneficiary under this Will in any
manner, directly or indirectly, contests or challenges this Will

given to that contesting beneficiary under this Will is revoked
and shall be disposed of in the same manner provided herein as if
that contesting beneficiary had predeceased me without issue,
EIGHTH:
My Executor shall not be required to give Bond,
and if, not withstanding this direction Bond is required by any
law, it is requested and directed that no sureties be required
thereon, Throughout this Will the masculine gender shall be
deemed to include the feminine and the singular shall includft the
plural, and vice versa,
NINTH:

Robert Bolig and my daughter, patsy Hackenberg, as Co-Executors
under this my Will. Should either named Executor fail to qualify
or cease to act as Executor, then the remaining named Executor
shall act as the sole Executor of this my Will.

biddet and all proceeds from the sale shall be
distributed
equally to my children.
THIRD:
My Executor is authorized to convert into money
all the rest and residue of my estate, including any personal
property not chosen by my children, as soon as the same can
conveniently be done after my death and for that purpose I do
hereby authorize and direct my Executor to sell at either public
or private sale any and all real estate and remaining personal
property for the best price or prices obtainable and my said
Executor is empowered to execute and deliver proper deed or deeds
to the purchaser or purchasers of any and all real estate in fee
simple and to properly convey and assure the same to the
purchaser or purchasers thereof.
FOURTH: After the rest and residue of my estate has
been
converted into money as aforesaid, I direct my Executor to
sum into two (2) equal shares to
be
distributed
as

that contesting beneficiary had predeceased me without issue,
EIGHTH:
My Executor shall not be required to give Bond,
and if, not withstanding this direction Bond is required by any
law, it is requested and directed that no sureties be required
thereon, Throughout this Will the masculine gender shall be
deemed to include the feminine and the singular shall include thft
plural, and vice versa,
NINTH:

nominate, constitute and appoint my son,
Robert Bolig and my daughter, patsy Hackenberg, as Co-Executors
under this my Will, Should either named Executor fail to qualify
or cease to act as Executor, then the remaining named Exe~utor
shall act as the sole Executor of this my Will,
