LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF

I, JOHN H. LYNCH, of Hal'risburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, make, publish
and declare this to be my Last lvill and Testament, hereby revoking all
Wille and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1. 1 or dEll' and direct all my just debts and funeral expenses
to be fully paid and satisfied by my Co-Executors, hereinafter named, as
soon as conveniently may be done after my decease,
ITEM 2. 1 devise and bequsath the sum of Seven thousand five
hundred ($7,500,00) dollars to my Co-Executors to be used for the care
and maintenance of my dog, CISCO, for' the remainder of the dog's life.
My Co-Executol.'s are authorizod to arrange for the care of said dog in an
appropriate setting and to pay the expenses for said animal I'rom this sum.
ITEM 3. If at the time of my death, 1 am still in possession
of the mountain home in Fishing Creek Valley, Pennsylvania, I authorize
my Co-Executors to sell the property and give one-half the proceeds to
BILLY GRAHAM EVANGELISTI C ASSOCI ATION, P. 0, Box '7'19, mnneapolis, ~1innesota,
55/140. in memory of my beloved wife, Dr. Lenore 0 I Brien Lynch; and Ten
thousand ($10,000,00) to the HARRISBURG AREA COMMUNITY COLLEGE: as a memorial
to John fl. Lynch and Dr. Lenore 0' Brien Lynch, hio wife.
l1'EM~. The balance of the proceeds from the sale of the mountain
home as well as all the rest, residue and remainder of my estato shall
be divided as follows: One-half (1/2) of my residuar'y estate to my sistoI',

In the event that she predeceases me, hel' share shall go to her daughter,

such time 01' times, in such manner, and for such price or prices, and upon
such terms and conditions as my Co-Executors shall determine, and to execute
and deliver good and sufficient conveyance, asuignments and tranefers
thereof, without liability of any purchaser for the application of any
consideration; it is my desil'e that my Co-Executors mak~ distl'ibution in
eaeh and to do all other acts and things necessary 01' appropriate in the
management, adminiutration and distribution of my estate, It is my desire
that my Co-Executol's not be requil'od to post bond.
ITEM 6: 1 appoint Dauphin Depoeit Bank and Trust Company, and
Bruce E. Cooper, Esquire, of Harl'isburg, Pennsylvania, as CO-EXl;lcutors
created by this my Last Will and Testament.
