Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this instrument to
be my Lalt Will and Testament, in manner and form following,
1. I hereby expreDsly revoke all wills and Codicils
heretofore made by me.
2. I hereby direot my Exeoutrix to pay all my just debts,
funeral and administrative expenses out of my estate, as ooon
as praoticab1e after my death.
J. Should my wife, Katherine A. Sabatino, survive me for
a periOd of thirty days following ~. death, I devise and bequeath
the remainder of my estate to Katherine A. Sabatino.
4. Should my wifs, Katherine A. Sabatino, predecease me or
die on or before the thirtieth day following my death, I devise
and bequeath the remainder or. my estate to my issue living on
the thirty-first day followinq my death, per stirpes.
5. Should my wife, Xatherine A. Sabatino, predeoeale me
or die on or before the thirtieth day following my death and
Ihould I have no ilsua then living, I deviso and bequeath the
remainder of my estate to my brother, Philip J. Sabatino and to
my wifQts brothers, Lee noy C. Dieter and James M. nieter, in
equal Ihares, in the avent that any of them are not living at
the time of my death, his share shall be distributod to his
