D. Two (2) years following the date of my death. I dire~t that the Trustee shall distribute to
my son, DAVID I. FALK, one.half (1/2) of the then remaining principal balance of the
Trust, provided my son is then living. Five (5) years from the date of my death, I direct
that the Trustee distribute the balance of the principal of the Trust. together with any
accumulated or undistributed income, to my son, DAVID I. FALK, outright, provided
